Service Deposits/Cancelation Policy

Beginning March 15 2019, a $25 deposit will be required when booking all spa packages, dermaplaning, couples massages and group bookings of 2 or more. Deposits will be refunded to appointments canceled with 24 hours or more notice. Deposit amount will be put towards total of service at check out and can be paid over the phone via visa or etransfer, we respect your privacy and no credit card information will be kept on file.

Health

For the protection of our guests and staff we ask if you are not feeling well that you please re schedule your appointment, on the recommendation of health Canada, touchless temperature checks will be done prior to appointments will be done and if you are showing any symptoms of illness you will be asked to re schedule your appointment

Personal Protective Equipment

We ask that all guests wear a mask or face covering to their appointments, home made masks are fine! If you do not have a mask one can be purchased for $1.50. All staff members will be wearing masks for your protection.

Arrival

Due to COVID-19 our arrival policy has changed, we ask that you still arrive 5 minutes prior to your service, but to please call us from your vehicle to let us know that you have arrived, once checked in we will then let you know when to proceed to the reception area

Pedicure

We ask that if you are receiving a pedicure that you please bring flip flops, unless you are having gel polish. Please let us know when booking if you require gel polish removal and/or application to ensure proper booking time and set up.

Manicure

Accompaniment

Due to COVID-19 we ask that unless you require caregiver assistance that you please attend your spa appointment alone without guests or children, unless you are booked with a friend or family member
